At LILIFT, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at customersupport@lilift.com to receive the return shipping address and further instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in good condition and returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable—only the cost of the item will be refunded.
- If your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days at customersupport@lilift.comwith evidence, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, check with your bank first. If further assistance is needed, contact us for your refund Authorization Number.
